For bookings made for the Festival of Lights period (November 23, 2024 - January 6, 2025), the following cancellation policy applies:
Non-Package Reservations:
- 1 Night Deposit at the time of Booking. Deposit is charged within 24 hours of making a reservation. If Payment is unsuccessful within 48hours of making a reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation
- 14-Day Advance Cancellation. Cancellations within 13 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of prepayment
Package Reservations:
- Full Deposit at time of Booking, Deposit charged within 24 hours of making reservation. If Payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours of making a reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation
- Cancellation will result in forfeiture of prepayment
- All Credits are per stay unless noted otherwise
